Returns
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Depending on the item, there may be 25% restocking fee. Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Orders can be exchanged within 14 days of the order being placed.
In certain situations, we may be able to exchange damaged or mislabeled items for the proper item or size for free within 14 days of the order being placed. Please note, we are unable to provide exchanges for international orders. For international exchanges, we ask that you initiate a return and place a replacement order. You can contact info@houseoforangela.com to initiate your return.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus the shipping cost and a 25% restocking fee within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Due to limited availability, Limited Edition Drops are final sale and are not eligible to be returned or exchanged.
